To un-hotline the accounts in bulk please follow the below mentioned instructions:
- Go to Inventory→Bulk Process→Bulk Unhotline
- On the Bulk Unhotline screen select the carrier and enter the MDNs which you want to unhotline in the text box and submit. Or you can also upload a file with the MDNs
- The process will run in the back ground and will start unhotlining the accounts.
