To Deprovision unused ESN/SIM in bulk please follow the below mentioned instructions:
- Go to Inventory→Bulk Process→Deprovision ESN
- On the Bulk Deprovision ESN screen enter the ESN/SIM which you want to Deprovision in the text box and submit. Or you can also upload a file with the MDNs
- The process will run in the back ground and will start De-provisioning the ESN/SIM.
Note: After De-provisioning SIMs can not be reprovisoned only the ESN are eligible for reprovisioning.
