How can I change the ESN/SIM on the dropship order which failed provisioning due to invalid/incorrect ESN/SIM?

Please follow the below mentioned steps to update the ESN/SIM on the drops hip order.

Go to Inventory→Dropship→Shipper Batch Report

On the shipper batch report locate the batch which has failed orders and click on the Total Failed ESN. You will get a pop-up window with the details of all the orders in that batch. You can update the ESN/SIM there and resubmit the order for provisioning.
