Change Mobile Number
In order to change the mobile number you are required to enter the zip code so that you can get the correct area code.
Select the type of change electronic or non-electronic change. In case you want to charge a customer for changing the telephone number you also have an option to take the payment for the same.
Electronic Change: If you change the mobile number electronically then Telgoo5 will send the request to get the new number from the carrier.
Non-electronic Change: In case of non electronic change you will need to enter the MDN which is already associated with the ESN/SIM at carrier level. Non electronic change will update the new number in Telgoo5.
