How do I change the plan on the account?

To change the plan on the account follow the below mentioned steps.

  1. On the customer profile under the quick links go to Plan Change
  2. In the plan change menu select the payment method first.
  3. After selecting the payment method select the new plan to which you want to change.
  4. Then select the Plan change mode:
  • Instant: This option will change the plan instantly.
  • On Expiry: This option will allow you to place the plan change request and the new plan will go into affect only after when the current plan is expired.
  • Custom Date:This option will allow you to place the plan change request and the new plan will go into affect on the date which you select.

5.  After this take the payment details and hit submit to perform the plan change.
