Sale Return (PC567) section in dashboard provides to return of sold products/services against an invoice that means a customer can return his/her purchased product and service any time through POS system. In this case customer has to give his invoice number. We have to search invoice number.

All sold products/services will be displayed in Add Sale Return screen. If we check in any product/service and click on proceed button, it will moved into return screen.


Now we can initiate refund as cash refund or customer wallet refund. Here we are clicking on Refund Cash button.

Now it will display a confirmation screen, from where we can get invoice of Sale Return.
