This options allows you to manage the list of the recipients to whom the list of the generated PIN are sent out. When you generate PIN the CSV will be mailed to the active recipient. You can add any new email address through Add Recipient optinat the top-right of the screen. You can also edit the added recipient any time. If you inactive any recipient, it will not get any email regarding PIN management system.
